Active Calls

Customers can view all the real-time calls running in their account.

To view all the active calls, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Active Calls tab placed on the left navigation panel.

  2. You can view the list of active calls here.

  1. Click on the Feature Codes to view the codes used for transferring calls.

  • Blind Transfer: Transfer the call directly without attending the call.
  • Attended Transfer: Transfer the call after attending the call.
  • Conference Call: Enter the code to make the call a conference call.

  1. Toggle the More+ button to view the details of the call in an expanded or in collapsible form.
