Agent Performance Report

This report allows you to analyze and monitor the agent's performance.

To view the agent performance report, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Reporting tab on the side navigation.
  2. Click Agent Performance Reports.
  3. Agent-wise performance reports get displayed.

  1. Click on Select KPI button to add fields in the report to display information about other available call data.

Agent Performance Report

  1. Click on the Export button to download the .csv file of the agent performance report.
  2. You can search respective agent performance report details by selecting filters like Agent and Date Range.
