Steps to Integrate Servetel with MS Teams.

  1. Log in to your Servetel account.

  1. Select Integrations under the Services tab.

  1. Select MS Teams and turn on the toggle, it will move to the Integrated Application section.

  1. Click on the Instructions button.

  1. Activate the MS Teams integration for the user by clicking the Enable button.

  1. Select the user and click Save.

  1. Login to MS teams web portal.

  1. Click on Apps tab from side-bar in MS teams and add the application.

  1. Login with the team member account.

Post successful integration, you can make calls from MS Teams using Servetel.
