Add User Role

The Servetel portal allows you to add a user role and can manage permission for the user.

To add a user role, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Settings tab on the side-navigation.
  2. Navigate to User Management>Manage Roles>Add User Role in the Settings Tab.
  3. Enter the role Name & Description.
  4. Select the checkbox for permissions that need to be given to that role and click on the Save button.
