Steps to integrate Freshsales CRM with Servetel.

1. Log in to your Servetel account.

2. Select Integrations under the Services tab.

3. Select Freshsales Suite and turn on the toggle, it will move to the Integrated Application section.

4. Click on the Instructions button.

5. Activate the Freshsales Suite for the user by clicking the Enable button.

6. Select the CRM for the user and enter the Freshsale's Domain and API token.

7. The Freshsales API key is located under the Settings tab in your Freshsales account.

8. Download the Servetel application from Freshsales Marketplace and install it.

9. A Servetel icon gets attached to your Freshsales interface, Open and login with user credentials.

10. Now you are ready to make calls.
