API Dialplan

The Servetel portal allows you to create and manage API dialplan.

To add an API dialplan, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.
2. Click API Dialplan.
3. A list of all the API dialplans appear along with the relevant details.
4. Click on the Add API Dialplan button on the top-right corner of the page.

5. Enter the details and click Save.

Field	Description
Name	Enter the name of API dialplan.
Description	Enter the description of API dialplan.
URL	Enter the URL of the API to be used.
Failover Destination	Select the destination where call will be forwarded if it is not received by any extension.
Request Method	Request type for the API Get or Post.
Content-Type	Select the content type to get data in URL or JSON format.
Ring Timeout	The call will ring on extension for the defined seconds.

Click on Select an Action to perform an edit/delete operation on the API dialplan.
